利用纺粘非织造实验机制备了聚苯硫醚(PPS)气流牵伸丝,通过其DSC分析,确定了115℃为热处理温度;对热处理后PPS气流牵伸丝做DSC和拉伸性能测试,分析得出:随热处理时间的增加,冷结晶峰减小,玻璃化转变温度提高,熔点无明显变化;热处理可以大幅提高PPS气流牵伸丝结晶度;1800s热处理后,冷结晶峰很小,结晶度提高至48.81%;热处理后断裂强力先减小后增大,但均低于未处理样,而断裂伸长率则大幅减小。
The polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) drawn draft yarn was prepared by spunbond non-woven testing machine. Through DSC analysis, it was confirmed that 115 ℃ was the heat treatment temperature. The heat-treated PPS draft yarn was tested for DSC and tensile properties, The results showed that with the increase of heat treatment time, the cold crystallization peak decreased and the glass transition temperature increased, but the melting point showed no significant change. The heat treatment could significantly improve the crystallinity of drafting silk of PPS air stream. After 1800s heat treatment, Degree increased to 48.81%; after heat treatment, the breaking strength first decreased and then increased, but both were lower than the untreated sample, while the elongation at break decreased significantly.
