实施素质教育的提出,时间已经不是短暂的了。作为教育工作者都能更好的去工作,全面围绕实施素质教育要求广泛的学习探讨和研究,进行试验活动,能够全面具体的总结一些实施素质教育的规律和经验。然而,实际的工作中还存在许多弊病。入重学科轻德育,重知识轻能力,重智力轻发展等,使学生偏向某一方,与素质教育的要求相背道,因此实施教育的效果不明显。而作为一名普通的小学教师我有是怎样做的呢?
The implementation of quality education is proposed, the time is not short-lived. However, there are still many shortcomings in the actual work. Focusing on subjects such as light moral education, knowledge-based abilities, light-weight development and emphasis on intelligence development tends to bias students towards one side, which is contrary to the requirements of quality education. Therefore, the effect of implementing education is not obvious. How can I be an ordinary primary school teacher?
