经营者是企业竞争的核心要素,而企业激励机制或措施的好坏能够极大地影响经营者的积极性。在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,针对经营者激励评价研究中存在的不足,将突变理论应用到经营者激励的评价中,提出了基于突变理论的经营者激励评价方法,然后以某公司为算例,通过构建该企业的评价模型对该企业制定的经营者激励措施进行综合评价,分析并验证了该方法的有效性。
Managers are the core elements of business competition, and business incentives or measures can greatly affect the enthusiasm of managers. On the basis of summarizing the related researches at home and abroad, aiming at the shortcomings in the study of incentive evaluation of managers, this dissertation applies the theory of mutation to the evaluation of managers’ incentive, and puts forward the evaluation method of manager incentive based on mutation theory. Then, A case study is conducted to construct a comprehensive assessment of the managers’ incentive measures formulated by the enterprise by constructing the evaluation model of the enterprise, and the validity of the method is analyzed and verified.
