在消化美国Nicolet公司的5—DX光谱仪的基础上,我们对该仪器进行了改造,首次在这种仪器上实现FT—IR辐射光谱测量,从而大大地扩展了该仪器的使用功能和应用领域。改造后的仪器测量的波数范围为4600—400cm~(-1),温度范围为350~550℃。文章介绍了这种光谱技术的测量原理[略]和改造细节,同时对这种光谱方法作了讨论,认为该方法和色散法、吸收法相比,具有扫描速度快、灵敏度高等优点,具有广泛的实际应用价值。
On the basis of digesting Nicolet's 5-DX spectrometer in the United States, we retrofitted this instrument for the first time to achieve FT-IR radiation spectrometry on this instrument, which greatly expanded the function and application of the instrument.
