机床变速箱和进给箱中所用的双公用齿轮机构一直采用试算法进行设计,并且没有一个合理判断设计优劣的定量指标,因此较难迅速地获得比较理想的方案。本文提出齿轮传动的当量中心距的概念,并用这个概念分析比较了多种设计指标。在这基础上提出以各齿轮当量面积总和最小作为最优化的目标函数,建立了双公用齿轮优化设计的数学模型。通过电算绘成线图。应用这些线图,可以方便地根据不同要求(即约束条件)求得双公用齿轮传动的最优方案。
The double common gear mechanism used in the gearbox and feed box of machine tool has always been designed by trial calculation method, and there is not a quantitative index that can reasonably judge the advantages and disadvantages of the design. Therefore, it is hard to obtain the ideal solution rapidly. In this paper, the concept of equivalent center distance of gear transmission is put forward, and a variety of design indexes are compared and analyzed by this concept. On the basis of this, it is proposed that the sum of the equivalent area of each gear is the objective function of optimization, and the mathematical model of dual-purpose gear optimization design is established. Calculated as a line graph by computer. Apply these diagrams, you can easily according to different requirements (that is, constraints) to find the optimal solution for dual common gearing.
