分析美国FAA道面设计法和利用通行覆盖率计算道面累积损伤存在的缺陷,提出刚性道面累积损伤模型须考虑道面板荷载应力分布的影响。提出飞机对道面的作用以覆盖作用曲线表示,且服从正态分布规律,根据主起落架构型的等效原则,得到覆盖作用曲线和总通行覆盖次数的确定方法;研究道面板荷载应力的分布规律,以荷载作用位置中心点至道面板纵向中心线的横向距离与板宽的比例为参数,将道面板纵向上各点的荷载应力的最大值映射到板的横边,建立道面板横向应力分布函数;利用覆盖作用曲线与应力分布函数建立道面板的累积损伤优化模型,实例验证模型的正确性,该模型可应用于刚性道面结构和道面分块的优化设计。
Analysis of the American FAA pavement design method and the use of traffic coverage to calculate the accumulated damage of the road surface defects, proposed cumulative damage model of rigid pavement surface load to be considered considering the impact of load distribution. According to the law of normal distribution and according to the equivalent principle of main landing gear structure, the method of determining the coverage curve and the total number of coverage is obtained. The distribution of load stress on the pavement slab is studied. The maximum load stress at each point in the vertical direction of the slab is mapped to the horizontal edge of the slab by using the ratio of the horizontal distance from the longitudinal centerline of the slab to the width of the slab as a parameter and establishing the horizontal stress of the slab The cumulative damage optimization model of the slab is established by using the coverage curve and stress distribution function. The correctness of the model is validated by an example. The model can be applied to the optimal design of rigid slab structure and pavement block.
