提出了等离子激光复合直接熔积制造金属零件技术,研究了高温合金直接成形过程中激光与等离子弧柱和成形特性的关系.利用高速摄像仪CCD拍摄了复合激光前后的等离子弧形态图像,通过图像处理提取弧柱轮廓,从而实验研究分析了激光的平均功率、脉冲宽度、脉冲频率、复合角度等对等离子弧形态与高温合金成形特性的影响规律,得到了激光对等离子弧形态有重要影响且可提高直接成形精度的结果.
The technology of plasma laser cladding direct metal deposition was proposed and the relationship between laser and plasma arc column and forming characteristics during the direct forming process of superalloy was studied.The plasma arc morphological images before and after the composite lasers were taken by CCD camera, The experimental results show that the laser has an important influence on the shape of the plasma arc and the influence of the laser on the shape of the plasma arc can be obtained by analyzing the influence of the average power, pulse width, pulse frequency and composite angle of the laser on the forming characteristics of the plasma arc. Improve the accuracy of direct forming results.
