在社会和经济全面转型的环境下,“如何激发员工创造力”是企业转型升级的内生动力,关系着企业的生存和长远发展,而如何有效管理多样性的劳动力、营造浓厚的创新氛围是提升员工创造力、实现自主创新的重要前提。自恋作为员工多样性的一种形式,其与创造力之间的关系非常重要。通过探究自恋与创造力之间的关系并通过实证研究证实了观点采择对于自恋与创造力关系的调节作用,表明对于自恋型人格在企业中通过适当的引导能够发挥重要的作用。
