采用五株不同类型的细胞系观察了刀豆蛋白A(Con A)诱导细胞对其增殖的抑制作用。研究发现MLA 144及K562抑制率高可作为检测Con A诱导细胞活性的反应细胞。ConA诱导细胞的抑制作用不受消炎痛影响,但抑制活性可被抗T11单克隆抗体和补体消除,表明ConA诱导细胞来自T11抗原阳性的T细胞群。比较正常人及非何杰金氏淋巴瘤病人ConA诱导细胞的抑制活性。淋巴瘤病人的ConA诱导细胞及其上清液的抑制活性明显低下,加入外源性白细胞介素2可增强正常人和淋巴瘤病人的ConA诱导细胞抑制活性。
Five different cell lines were used to observe the inhibitory effect of concanavalin A (Cell A) on the proliferation of cells. It was found that the high inhibition rate of MLA 144 and K562 can be used as a responder cell to detect the activity of Con A-induced cells. Inhibition of ConA-induced cells was not affected by indomethacin, but the inhibitory activity was abolished by the anti-T11 monoclonal antibody and complement, suggesting that ConA induced cells from the T11 antigen positive T cell population. ConA-inhibitory activity was compared between normal and non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients. The inhibitory activity of ConA-inducing cells and their supernatants in lymphoma patients was significantly lower. The addition of exogenous interleukin-2 enhanced ConA-induced cytostatic activity in normal human and lymphoma patients.
