Objective To analyze the correlation between vascular cognitive dysfunction and dyslipidemia, and to explore the pathogenesis of early cognitive impairment and treatment. Methods Seventy patients with vascular cognitive impairment were enrolled in the observation group and 70 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum lipids were measured and analyzed. MMSE, And the Montreal Cognitive Scale (Mo CA) were scored in the observation group. Results The levels of LDL and TC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = 4.685 and 4.135, respectively, P <0.05). The levels of LDL, TC Negatively correlated with MMSE and Mo CA scores (P <0.05). Conclusion Vascular cognitive dysfunction and dyslipidemia are closely related.
