为研究不同端面封闭程度时缓燃-爆震转捩(DDT)的特性,在60 mm×60 mm×2 000 mm方爆震管内,在封闭端设置了5种阻塞比的方孔,针对4种余气系数用乙炔(C2H2)和空气混合物进行了单爆震性能研究.利用安装在同一截面上的压力传感器与离子探针同时测得缓燃向缓燃-爆震转捩(DDT)转捩位置处爆震管内的压力、火焰传播速度和方向.分析结果表明:①随端面阻塞比的增大,DDT的距离会变长;②端面的封闭程度并不影响DDT转捩的本质特性.
In order to study the characteristics of burn-and-detonation transfer (DDT) with different end-closure degree, five kinds of square holes with blocking ratio were set in the 60 mm × 60 mm × 2 000 mm square detonation tube. A single detonation performance study was carried out using a mixture of acetylene (C2H2) and air with a residual air ratio of 2. Using a pressure sensor and an ion probe mounted on the same section, simultaneous measurement of slow burn to slow burn-knock transition (DDT) The pressure inside the detonation tube, the flame propagation velocity and the direction at the 捩 position.The analysis results show that: (1) the distance of DDT becomes longer with the increase of the end-face blockage ratio; (2) the closure of the end face does not affect the nature of DDT transfer.
