C_(62A)型货车为全钢结构敞车,其侧墙组成的焊缝总长约220米,焊接工作量占全车的三分之一。为了提高该车侧墙组装的焊接生产率,各厂均采用了流水作业方法,且逐渐用二氧化碳气体保护焊代替手工电弧焊。我厂的侧墙组成焊接生产线上,有百分之八十的焊接工作量实现丁二氧化碳气体保护焊。侧墙正面焊缝的一个主要质量指标,是要求成形美观。实践证明,将焊件倾斜放置,使焊缝与水平面成一定角度,而后进行自上而下的二氧化碳气体保护焊,其焊缝质
