研究了环氧树脂掺量、环氧树脂与沥青的相容性、固化温度、固化时间等因素对环氧沥青及其混合料性能的影响。结果表明:环氧树脂掺量小于20%时,环氧沥青的拉伸强度、软化点及环氧沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度随着环氧树脂掺量的增加而缓慢增大,而掺量大于20%以后,则随掺量的增加明显增大。与未加相容剂的环氧沥青相比,掺加相容剂的环氧树脂在沥青中分散均匀,环氧树脂胶粒的尺寸明显减小,且形成连续相,环氧沥青及其混合料性能得到显著提高。养护条件的试验表明,环氧沥青及混合料在室外自然条件下养护90 d后的性能接近于室内120℃养护4 h性能。
The effects of epoxy resin content, compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt, curing temperature and curing time on the properties of epoxy asphalt and its mixture were studied.
