目的探讨不同血液标本存放时间对生化检验结果的影响。方法选取2015年11月至2016年11月于沈阳市红十字会医院进行生化检验的患者93例为研究对象,均通过回顾性分析的方法对患者的一般资料进行深入调查。将93例患者随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组31例。3组患者均常规采取血液标本,A组完成采集后存放1 h,B组完成采集后存放3 h,C组完成采集后存放8 h。比较3组患者的生化指标变化情况。结果 A组、B组患者的血糖、总胆红素、结合胆红素、钾离子、碱性磷酸酶、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、谷氨酸转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);C组血糖、总胆红素、结合胆红素、钾离子、碱性磷酸酶、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、谷氨酸转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶与A组、B组相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血液标本存放时间延长,会给生化检验结果带来不利影响。尽量在完成血液标本采集后及时进行上机检验,尤其需及时检验不稳定的项目,以提高生化指标检验结果的准确性。
Objective To investigate the effect of different blood samples on biochemical test results. Methods A total of 93 patients with biochemical tests in Shenyang Red Cross Hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects. The general data of patients were investigated retrospectively. 93 patients were randomly divided into A group, B group, C group, 31 cases in each group. The blood samples were taken routinely in all three groups. After storage, group A was stored for 1 h, group B was stored for 3 h, and group C was collected for 8 h. The changes of biochemical indexes in 3 groups were compared. Results The blood glucose, total bilirubin, bound bilirubin, potassium ion, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, total cholesterol, glutamate transaminase, γ-glutamyl transaminase, Acid aminotransferase, the differences were not statistically significant (all P> 0.05); C group blood glucose, total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, potassium, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, total cholesterol, glutamic acid aminotransferase , Γ-glutamyl transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase and A group, B group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The prolonged storage of blood samples will adversely affect the biochemical test results. As far as possible after the completion of the collection of blood specimens on-board inspection in a timely manner, in particular the need to test the unstable project in time to improve the accuracy of biochemical test results.
