目的观察重组人生长激素(rhGH)在兔实验性角膜损伤修复过程中的作用。设计随机对照实验性研究。研究对象 40只实验用新西兰大白兔。方法将40只兔随机分成4组(每组10只),分别为4 IU/ml rhGH组,2 IU/ml rhGH组,贝复舒组(阳性对照组)及生理盐水组(阴性对照组)。将4组兔的右眼角膜中央用直径5.0 mm环钻制作成直径5.0mm、深度 0.1mm的无菌性角膜损伤。从术后第1天起各组分别点用4 IU/ml rhGH、2 IU/ml rhGH以及贝复舒、生理盐水。采用角膜荧光素染色、照外眼像。Matlab 6.5软件编程计算角膜损伤的面积。主要指标术后1-28天兔角膜损伤面积变化。结果术后3天生理盐水组(23307.9±22.1dpi)、2IU/ml rhGH组(10433.8±519.6dpi)角膜损伤面积与4IU/ml rhGH组(4838.7±192.3dpi)和贝复舒阳性对照组(7422.4±268.3dpi)有显著差异。4IU/ml rhGH组和阳性对照组促进角膜损伤面积减小效果相似,且优于2IU/ml rhGH组和阴性对照组。术后5天2IU/ml rhGH组角膜损伤面积减小到与4IU/ml rhGH组和阳性对照组无统计学差异,仅生理盐水组(8589.9±771.0dpi)与其它组在角膜损伤面积上有统计学意义的差异。结论重组人生长激素(rhGH)在兔角膜损伤修复的早期有明显促进作用。
Objective To observe the role of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) in the repair of experimental corneal injury in rabbits. Design Randomized controlled experimental study. Forty New Zealand white rabbits were included in the study. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (10 in each group): 4 IU / ml rhGH group, 2 IU / ml rhGH group, Beifu Shu group (positive control group) and normal saline group (negative control group) .
