在手机市场,宇龙酷派从一开始就是从高端入手,凭高端技术和应用体验立足,这也使其走出了与其他多数国产手机厂商迥然不同的发展轨迹在中国手机厂商中,宇龙虽然比较低调,但却是智能终端领域真正的先行者和技术领先者之一。其手机品牌酷派从一开始就定位于高端,通过运营商定制和产品创新,近两年进步迅速,已经是高端商务市场的主流品牌之一。Canalys数据显示,今年第三季度,在中国智能手机市场,宇龙酷派位居第三,市场份额为11%,仅次于三星和联想。而在今年第二季度,宇龙酷派刚刚以1080万台的销量跻身出货量前4,同比增长216%。最近半年内,字龙酷派是国内智能手机前十名中增长最快的品牌。不仅在国内市场发展迅速,酷派从2012年开始也在加速抢占国际市场。他们通过自有品牌营销、产品创新、结盟运营商等策略,先后拿下了北美市场和欧洲市场,在全球版图上飞速扩张。
