Favovii (Hungarian 84, Ganpi 1) is a barley variety of beer and is a Dutch variety imported from Hungary by Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1984. Since its introduction in Qinghai Province from Gansu in 1989, it has been tested and demonstrated for six consecutive years by the Species Resource Office of Qinghai Academy of Agriculture and Forestry, demonstrating its characteristics of high and good yield, moderate maturity, wide adaptability and strong resistance.
