冷床是小型轧钢厂不可缺少的重要设备。由于它关系到轧钢生产的品种、质量和能力,因而引起轧钢工作者的普遍重视。本文作者在两次从事冷床设计和对兄弟厂冷床进行考察的基础上,具体地比较了各种冷床的优点及使用场合;进而深入地介绍了作者在斜辊式冷床中对各机构设计的结构特点;其中突出介绍了可以随生产品种进行调整的曲柄-连杆-摆杆机构和在冷床输入一边安装的分组挡直机构等,较好地克服了原料辊式冷床不能保证轧件的直线性等缺陷,使斜辊式冷床的结构趋于完美。本文还对冷床型式和长宽等尺寸的选取提出了参考意见。
Cooling bed is an indispensable small rolling mill important equipment. As it relates to the variety, quality and capability of steel rolling production, it has aroused universal attention of the steel rolling workers. Based on the investigation of cooling bed design and the cooling bed of Brother Plant for two times, the author concretely compares the advantages and applications of various cooling beds. The structural features of the design of the mechanism; the crank-link-rocker mechanism which can be adjusted with production varieties and the block blocking mechanism installed on the input side of the cooling bed are prominently introduced, which can better overcome the problems that the raw material roll- Ensure the linearity of rolling defects and other defects, so inclined roller cooling bed structure tends to be perfect. This article also made a reference to the selection of the size and length of the cooling bed.
