以绿苦瓜自交系P1做母本,野生苦瓜P2做父本配制出F1代,然后进行自交和回交获得F2,B1,B2世代.通过田间试验,对叶长、茎粗和节间长的基因效应进行了研究.结果表明:茎粗和节间长两个性状符合加性—显性遗传模型,而叶长不符合加性—显性遗传模型.叶长的加性效应比显性效应重要,节间长的加性效应也高于显性效应,茎粗的加性效应和显性效应同样重要,三者的狭义遗传率分别为0.1694,0.6418和0.3679.
P1 was used as the female parent of the green balsam pear inbred P1 and the male parent of the bitter gourd P2 as the male parent, F2 and B1 and B2 were selfed and backcrossed respectively.According to field experiments, Long gene effect was studied.The results showed that both stem diameter and internode length fit the additive-dominance genetic model, while leaf length did not fit the additive-dominance genetic model.The additive effect of leaf length The additive effect of internode length is also higher than that of dominant effect. The additive and dominance effects of stem diameter are also important. The narrow heritability of the three are 0.1694, 0.6418 and 0.3679, respectively.
