教师必须尊重特殊学生的个体差异。在与特殊学生交往的过程中,允许他们充分表达自己的想法和意见,在他们产生不良行为的时候,教师应适当地加以引导,帮助他们改正错误,耐心地引导他们与班级共同发展进步。
Teachers must respect the individual differences of special students. During their interactions with special students, they are allowed to fully express their own ideas and opinions. When they produce bad behaviors, teachers should be appropriately guided to help them correct mistakes and patiently guide them to make joint progress and development with their classes.
