目的:对桩核做单端固定桥的桥基牙失败病例进行分析寻找失败的原因。方法:通过18例单端固定桥修复后3~6个月脱位,3例牙根折裂的力学分析。结果:分析脱位原因与咬合力、桥体的设计和死髓牙的机械感受器的消失等因素有关。结论:单端固定桥的基牙受力复杂,临床设计一定要慎重。用桩核作单端固定桥的基牙,这种设计不可取。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the failure of abutment teeth of single-ended fixed bridge with post-core to find the cause of failure. Methods: After 18 cases of single-ended fixed bridge repair 3 to 6 months after dislocation, 3 cases of root fracture mechanics analysis. Results: The causes of dislocation were analyzed with factors such as occlusal force, the design of bridge and disappearance of dead receptors of dead pulp. Conclusion: The anchorage force of the single-ended fixed bridge is complex and its clinical design must be cautious. The use of post-core single-ended bridge abutment, this design is not desirable.
