本文描述了一个100kHz~50MHz 宽带放大器的设计与实验。本放大器增益54dB,带内波动为0.6dB,在200Ω负载上输出可达3伏。已在雷达接收机中做视频放大器运用。一、前言目前宽带集成电路纷纷出现,并为很多无线电设备所应用。但大多数集成电路在较宽的频带运用时,要获得带内平坦,需加较多的外围补偿元件也难满足要求。另一方面,很多集成电路线性范围小,输出幅度很有限。为此根据某一任务的要求制作了100kHz~50MHz
This article describes the design and experiment of a 100kHz ~ 50MHz wideband amplifier. The amplifier gain of 54dB, in-band fluctuations of 0.6dB, 200Ω load on the output up to 3 volts.
