采用直接免疫荧光法对 35例乙脑患儿的 T细胞亚群进行检测 ,包括 CD3、CD4 +、CD8+。将其中 2 1例乙脑患儿随机分为两组 ,分别给予或不给予乙脑单克隆抗体注射液治疗。结果 :乙脑患儿较对照组除 CD8+外的所有指标明显减低 ( P<0 .0 5 )。乙脑单克隆抗体治疗后 CD4 +T细胞显著升高。对照组无此改变。提示 :乙脑病毒感染可导致 T淋巴细胞亚群暂时性降低 ;乙脑患儿无明显免疫调节功能紊乱 ;乙脑单克隆抗体的使用可增加乙脑患儿的 CD4 +T细胞 ;乙脑单克隆抗体不会破坏乙脑患儿的 Th/Ts平衡
T cell subsets of 35 children with JE were detected by direct immunofluorescence, including CD3, CD4 + and CD8 +. Among them, 21 children with Encephalitis B were randomly divided into two groups, treated with or without JE monoclonal antibody injection respectively. Results: Compared with control group, all children with JE had significantly lower indexes of all except CD8 + (P <0.05). CD4 + T cells were significantly increased after treatment with JE monoclonal antibody. The control group did not change. It is suggested that JE virus infection can cause transient decrease of T lymphocyte subpopulation. There is no obvious immunomodulatory dysfunction in JE children. Monoclonal antibody of JE can increase CD4 + T cells in JE children. Clonal antibodies do not destroy Th / Ts balance in children with JE
