目的了解现阶段某院临床医务人员对病案服务的满意度情况,并提出改进措施。方法采用问卷调查法,于2013年7月-8月对本院临床医务人员在日常的医疗活动中与病案服务关联度较高的几个方面进行满意度问卷调查,共发放问卷350份,回收有效问卷332份。结果病案服务的整体满意度较高,认为非常满意的占38.9%,病案服务效果获得了较好的评价。结论新形势下完善病案管理,提高病案服务水平可以从以下三个方面着手:提高临床医务人员的病案意识;转变被动服务模式,开发利用病案信息资源;提高病案管理人员的综合素质。
Objective To understand the current situation of the satisfaction of medical staff in a hospital with medical record service and to propose the improvement measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of the clinical medical staff in our hospital from July to August in 2013 with some aspects that have a high correlation with the medical record service. A total of 350 questionnaires were sent out for recovery 332 valid questionnaires. Results The overall satisfaction of the medical records service was high, accounting for 38.9% of the total. The medical records service was better evaluated. Conclusion The improvement of medical record management under the new situation can improve the service quality of medical records from the following three aspects: improve the medical record awareness among clinicians; change the passive service mode, develop and utilize medical record information resources; and improve the comprehensive quality of medical record administrators.
