体育对身体健康的促进作用不言而喻,而对心理健康的影响已成为当前学者研究的热点。大学生由于背负着学业与就业的双重压力,对其心理健康的发展造成了一定影响,随着体育活动在人们生活中的重要性不断提高,其不但能实现健身的功能,而且兼具良好的效果。本文以乒乓球运动作为研究对象,对其运动特点进行深入分析,并结合大学生的心理状况,对乒乓球课程对大学生心理健康的影响进行了深入探讨,而后提出通过优化乒乓球训练考评制度、师资队伍以及教学方法等策略,以期乒乓球运动能够对大学生的情绪、人格和情感产生积极正面的影响。

This paper takes table tennis as the object of study, deeply analyzes its sports characteristics, and discusses the impact of table tennis course on the mental health of college students in combination with the psychological conditions of college students. Then it puts forward that through optimizing the system of table tennis training evaluation, Team and teaching methods, so that table tennis can have a positive and positive impact on the emotion, personality and emotion of college students.
