外物损伤被认为是影响风扇和压气机叶片使用寿命的主要限制性因素,特别是航空机翼的边缘容易遭受外物损伤的影响。因此,英国学者研究了机翼用Ti-6Al-4V合金受冲击时引起的外物损伤及合金受损伤后的疲劳裂纹萌生行为。实验材料为机翼前缘区域的Ti-6Al-4V合金。
Damage to foreign objects is considered to be a major limiting factor affecting the service life of fans and compressor blades, especially the edges of aviation wings that are susceptible to damage from foreign objects. Therefore, the British scholars studied the wing damage caused by Ti-6Al-4V alloy foreign body damage and alloy fatigue damage after initiation of fatigue crack. The experimental material is the Ti-6Al-4V alloy in the leading edge of the wing.
