目的:研究一点红提取物对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型的降糖作用及其机制。方法:选取6~7周龄SPF级雄性SD大鼠72只,实验分成6组,每组12只,除正常对照组外,糖尿病成模大鼠随机分为5组,分别为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍(150 mg/kg)阳性对照组及一点红提取物低(1 g/kg)、中(5 g/kg)、高(10 g/kg)剂量组,连续灌胃给药28 d。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C、FBG、MDA显著升高(P<0.05),HDL-C、Fins、C-P、SOD显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各给药组血清TG、TC、LDL-C、FBG、MDA显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C、Fins、C-P、SOD显著升高(P<0.05);组织病理学检查显示模型组胰岛数目减少、细胞排列紊乱、胞浆减少、胰岛内细胞边界不清、不规则。一点红各组大鼠随着药物剂量升高,组织病理学改变逐渐改善。结论:一点红提取物对STZ诱导糖尿病大鼠具有一定的降糖作用,并能提高模型动物血清SOD水平,降低血清MDA及血脂水平,对胰岛细胞具有一定的保护作用。
