推导了预应力梁桥梁端效应的计算公式,针对以往波形钢腹板梁桥体外预应力钢束用量大的问题,结合波形钢腹板梁桥梁端效应的分析结果,提出了一种二次张拉体内预应力的装配式波形钢腹板梁桥,并进行了3种不同钢束布置方式的对比分析。结果表明:波形钢腹板梁桥的梁端效应小,与二次张拉体内预应力钢束工艺相结合后,降低了原有装配式波形钢腹板梁桥的复杂度和工程造价,设计和施工上的对比分析结果显示底板短束方案优势较大,是一种适合应用在大跨度装配式梁桥上的结构形式。
The calculation formula of the end effect of prestressed girder bridge is derived. In view of the large amount of external prestressing steel beam of corrugated steel web girder bridge and the analysis result of the end effect of corrugated steel web girder bridge, Pre-stressed internal prestressed corrugated steel web girder bridge, and carried out a comparative analysis of three different steel beam layout. The results show that the beam end effect of the corrugated steel web girder bridge is small and the combination with the prestressed steel beam process in the second tensioning reduces the complexity and project cost of the prefabricated corrugated steel web girder bridge. Compared with the construction, the result of comparative analysis shows that the short beam scheme has a great advantage and is a kind of structure suitable for the application in the large span beam bridge.
