对游泳训练3个月的C_(57)B L/6小鼠巨噬细胞功能进行了研究。结果每日运动30分钟组巨噬细胞吞噬功能和抑瘤活性增强,运动60分钟组巨噬细胞IL-1分泌水平和吞噬功能增高,运动120分钟组的巨噬细胞IL-1分泌水平和吞噬功能则明显降低。提示不同运动量的运动训练引起巨噬细胞功能变化有差异,适量运动可以增强巨噬细胞功能,过大的运动则对巨噬细胞功能有损害或抑制作用。
The function of C_ (57) B L / 6 mouse macrophages swimming for 3 months was studied. Results The phagocytic function and anti-tumor activity of macrophages increased after 30 minutes of daily exercise. IL-1 secretion and phagocytosis of macrophages increased after 60 minutes of exercise. IL-1 secretion and phagocytosis of macrophages of 120 minutes of exercise Function is significantly reduced. It is suggested that exercise training with different amount of exercise can cause changes in macrophage function. Appropriate exercise can enhance the function of macrophages. Excessive exercise may impair or inhibit the function of macrophages.
