一、针对特点,制订适宜的教学目标企业职工学习计算机,不同于青年学生,特点是记忆力差,手指不灵活,外语基础薄弱,时间少,学习起来困难较大。因此,企业职工计算机培训,不宜目标过高,应把培养学员敢用、会用计算机和主动利用计算机处理业务问题的能力,作为培训重点。培养职工具备两个方面的能力。一是具备业务所需使用计算机的能力。根据学员工作特点,培养他们在实际工作中应用计算机处理日常业务。例如针
