目的对参加心理体检的1884名公务员进行心理健康干预,并与未进行干预的群体进行比较,探讨公务员群体心理健康干预的效果。方法选取武警河南省总队医院体检中心参加心理体检的公务员1884人,随机分为对照组(982人,不进行心理健康干预)和干预组(982人,进行1个月心理健康干预)。在干预前和干预结束后,分别对两组用90项症状自评量表进行评定。结果干预前,两组在SCL-90总分和各因子上得分均无显著差异。而干预后SCL-90评分结果显示,干预组评分(除恐怖、人际关系敏感因子外)均低于对照组。结论心理健康干预可有效提升公务员群体心理健康水平。
Objective To compare the mental health interventions of 1,884 civil servants who participated in psychosocial examination and compare them with the non-intervention groups to explore the effect of mental health interventions of civil servants. Methods A total of 1884 civil servants who participated in psychological examination in the Physical Examination Center of Armed Police Corps Hospital of Henan Province were randomly divided into control group (982 without mental health intervention) and intervention group (982 with mental health intervention of 1 month). Before the intervention and after the intervention was completed, the two groups were evaluated using 90 symptom checklist. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in SCL-90 score and each factor. After intervention, SCL-90 score showed that scores of intervention group (except terror and interpersonal sensitivity factor) were lower than that of control group. Conclusion Mental health intervention can effectively improve the mental health of civil servants.
