本文围绕如何加强和改进学校政治思想工作，提出要重视原则性、渗透性、系统性、针对性、及时性、知识性、全方性、趣味性、经常性和情感性等十个方面的设想。职业技术教育是整个教育的重要组成部分。特别是在社会主义市场经济体制形成的过程中，为培养应用型的高级职业技术人才，政治思想教育起着重要的导向作用。
This article focuses on how to strengthen and improve the political and ideological work in schools, and puts forward that we should attach importance to the ideas of ten principles such as principle, permeability, systematicness, pertinence, promptness, knowledge, all-roundness, funness, regularity and emotionality . Vocational and technical education is an important part of the whole education.
