一、落实学生的主体地位课堂教学改革不外乎研究两个方面:一方面是研究教师的导,另一方面研究学生的学。要研究这两个方面就要做到教师和学生角色的“三个”转变。一变学生被动地听为主动地学、全员参与教学的全过程;二变教师“主宰”为主导,激励学生自主学习,积极培养学生思考问题的能力;三变教师和学生“上下级”关系为平等、合作的“朋友”关系,师生共同参与、共同释疑。同时教师一定要让学生在课堂上多问、多议、多练,尽量体验成功的喜悦,做学习的主人。
