提出一种直接采用 CCD 作为光电转换元件,以几何尺寸精密的 CCD 列阵作为狭缝,进行高精度、高密度的自动采样,扫描“刀刃扩展函数”(ESF)。再配用微型计算机技术,以数字付里叶分析方法测量光学传递函数(OTF)。基于 CCD 测试 OTF 的实现,可直接精确判定 CCD 列阵的最佳成像位置。
A CCD with high accuracy and high density as an example is proposed to directly use a CCD as a photoelectric conversion element and a geometrically precise CCD array as a slit to scan the “Blade Extension Function” (ESF). Coupled with microcomputer technology, the digital Fourier analysis method to measure the optical transfer function (OTF). CCD based on the test OTF implementation, can be directly and accurately determine the best CCD imaging position.
