提出了一种适用于钢管塔的新型内外法兰节点连接形式,阐述了该法兰的特点,指出其内外圈螺栓拉力的确定是该法兰节点设计的关键。为考察这种内外法兰节点的受力性能、破坏模式及内外圈螺栓的拉力,以榕江大跨越塔为背景,进行了2个内外塔脚法兰节点的大尺寸缩尺模型静力试验。同时,对试验模型进行了有限元非线性数值分析。试验与有限元分析结果表明:这种法兰节点受力合理,可用于实际工程;榕江大跨越塔新型内外塔脚法兰节点是安全可靠的。最后,结合试验与有限元参数分析结果,建议实际工程中在进行内外法兰节点设计时,当内外圈螺栓规格相同时,其外内圈拉力比值可统一取1.0;当内外圈螺栓规格不同时,建议外内圈螺栓直径相差不宜超过2个级别,其拉力比值可取为1.1。
A new type of flange joint for steel pipe tower is proposed. The characteristics of the flange are expounded. It is pointed out that the determination of the bolt pull force on the inner and outer rings is the key to the design of the flange joint. In order to investigate the mechanical properties and failure modes of the internal and external flange joints and the tension of the bolts on the inner and outer rings, the static test of two large scale model with inner and outer flange feet . At the same time, the finite element nonlinear numerical analysis of the experimental model was carried out. The results of the experiment and finite element analysis show that this kind of flange joint is under a reasonable force and can be used in the practical engineering. The new type inner and outer tower foot flanges of Rongjiang large span tower are safe and reliable. Finally, combining the results of the experiment and finite element analysis, it is suggested that the ratio of the tension of inner and outer rings can be unity when the specifications of inner and outer ring bolts are the same when designing the inner and outer flange joints in practical engineering. When the inner and outer ring bolts have different specifications , It is recommended that the difference between the inner diameter of the outer ring bolt should not exceed 2 levels, the ratio of its pull force is desirable to be 1.1.
