目的:了解食品、公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况。方法:收集2005~2007年在吉林省疾病预防控制中心体检科进行健康体检的食品、公共场所从业人员的体检资料,进行统计分析。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对血清乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)进行检测。结果:3年共体检食品、公共场所从业人员42254人,HBsAg阳性率为2.02%;2005年为2.45%,2006年为2.03%,2007年为1.59%;男性为2.48%,女性为1.87%;不同职业之间食品卫生行业从业人员阳性率为1.33%,公共场所从业人员阳性率为2.39%。结论:食品、公共场所从业人员的HBsAg阳性率逐年下降,但也不容忽视。
Objective: To understand the food, public places HBsAg carriers. Methods: The physical examination data of health workers in foodstuffs and public places in Jilin Province Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2005 to 2007 were collected for statistical analysis. Serum hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: In the past three years, there were 42,254 people engaged in food and public places, the positive rate of HBsAg was 2.02%; in 2005 it was 2.45%; in 2006 it was 2.03%; in 2007 it was 1.59%; for men it was 2.48% and for women 1.87% The occupational health workers in different occupations possessed a positive rate of 1.33%, and the positive rate of employees in public places was 2.39%. Conclusion: The positive rate of HBsAg in food and public places employees declines year by year, but it can not be ignored.
