为了解水利专业期刊论文参考文献数量及类型与论文质量间的相关关系,从期刊编辑角度,对30种水利专业期刊2005年2890余篇论文的17180余条参考文献进行了分类统计,将统计结果与这些期刊的基金论文比、Web即年下载率、影响因子等评价指标进行对比分析,并绘制出主要引文特征与期刊评价指标的相关趋势线。结果表明,水利专业期刊论文的作者群体吸收和利用文献资源的水平相对较低;期刊和图书仍然是水利专业期刊论文作者的主要参考文献源;水利专业期刊的基金论文比、Web即年下载率、影响因子,与这些期刊的篇均参考文献数、外文参考文献比例、期刊型参考文献比例是正相关的,而与期刊的图书型参考文献比例是负相关的。认为水利专业期刊的论文作者需提高利用文献资源的水平;基金论文可作为编辑部稿件初审时的重要首选稿源,对参考文献少且以图书类参考文献为主的论文则应谨慎、细致地审阅其文稿质量、学术水平和创新程度。
In order to understand the correlation between the quantity and type of journal articles of water conservancy, and the quality of papers, 1780 reference articles of more than 28 papers in 30 water conservancy journals in 2005 were classified and counted from the point of view of journal editing.
