通过在棒材粗、中轧阶段后增加中间冷却器和在精轧机后增加穿水冷却装置等措施,采用自动控制系统对冷却水的水量、水温、水压和轧件温度、位置等参数进行过程控制,改造后的设备批量生产20MnSi和20MnSiNb螺纹钢筋的结果表明,控冷供水量在475 m3/h,水压1.5 MPa,轧制速度为14.5 m/s可以获得良好的力学性能。
