为有效降低环氧丙烷(PO)生产废水的处理成本,以运城盐湖泥水为菌种源,经逐步筛选驯化后,培养出一株低成本高效菌株(YH-2)。研究结果表明:该菌株为革兰氏阳性菌,短杆状,无鞭毛,接触酶阳性;将YH-2培养3 d后引入不添加任何营养物质且初始pH为10的废水中,32℃时该菌株能利用废水中的有机物质作为碳源、氮源进行生长繁殖,5 d内废水的CODcr(化学需氧量)降解率(70.9%)相对最大。
In order to effectively reduce the processing cost of waste water from the production of propylene oxide (PO), a strain of YH-2 with low cost and high cost was cultivated after being gradually screened and acclimated in Yuncheng Salt Lake mud. The results showed that the strain was Gram-positive bacteria, short rod-shaped, flagella-free, and positive for contact enzyme. After cultured for 3 days, YH-2 was introduced into waste water with no added nutrients and initial pH of 10, The strain can use organic matter in wastewater as carbon source and nitrogen source for growth and reproduction. CODcr degradation rate (70.9%) in wastewater within 5 days is the largest.
