目的探讨抗癫痫药物TPM对癫痫儿童骨骼生长以及代谢的影响。方法临床上选择30例癫痫儿童作为观察对象,并选择30例为非癫痫的儿童作为对照。观察癫痫儿童在服用TPM药物后其骨骼代谢指标BAKP、骨密度以及血磷、血钙的水平与对照组儿童的差异。结果服用TPM药物的癫痫儿童BAKP含量为(252.34±14.32)U/L,而对照组BAKP的含量为(209.34±9.58)U/L,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服用TPM组的患儿其骨密度较对照组的低(P<0.05),两者的血磷检测(P>0.05),差异有统计学意义。服用TPM的患儿其血钙浓度为(3.25±0.15)mmol/L;而对照组中血钙浓度为(1.94±0.21)mmol/L,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TPM对癫痫儿童骨骼代谢的影响表现为引起BAKP含量以及血钙水平的升高,并降低患儿的骨密度。
Objective To investigate the effects of antiepileptic drug TPM on skeletal growth and metabolism in children with epilepsy. Methods Thirty children with epilepsy were selected clinically as observation subjects and 30 children without epilepsy were selected as control. To observe the difference of BAKP, BMD, serum phosphorus and serum calcium in children with epilepsy after taking TPM and the control group children. Results The level of BAKP was (252.34 ± 14.32) U / L in children with TPM and (209.34 ± 9.58) U / L in control group, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The BMD in TPM group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The serum phosphorus levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P> 0.05). The level of serum calcium was (3.25 ± 0.15) mmol / L in patients taking TPM, while the level of serum calcium in control group was (1.94 ± 0.21) mmol / L, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusion The effect of TPM on skeletal metabolism in children with epilepsy is caused by the increase of BAKP content and serum calcium level and the reduction of bone mineral density in children.
