针对我国客运专线广泛应用的CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构,建立简支梁桥上有限元计算模型,研究凸型挡台在CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道系统中的作用,本模型将轨道板、凸型挡台、底座板、CA砂浆层和梁体均模拟为实体,钢轨模拟为Euler梁,扣件用纵向非线性弹簧模拟,凸型挡台周围的树脂材料及桥梁墩台纵向刚度以线性弹簧模拟,采用接触单元模拟砂浆层与上下结构层间摩擦力作用。计算结果表明,凸型挡台减小了钢轨及轨道板的纵向位移,降低了钢轨纵向力。
Aiming at the widely used CRTS Ⅰ slab ballastless track structure in passenger dedicated railway line in our country, the finite element model of simply supported beam bridge was established and the function of convex block in CRTS Ⅰ slab ballastless track system was studied. In this model, The simulation of the rail is Euler beam, the longitudinal non-linear spring of the fastener is simulated, the longitudinal stiffness of the resin material around the convex block and the piers and abutments are simulated by the linear spring, The contact unit is used to simulate the friction between the mortar layer and the upper and lower structural layers. The calculation results show that the convex block reduces the longitudinal displacement of rail and track plate and reduces the rail longitudinal force.
