上海同步辐射光源BL14W1 XAFS线站采用IK220高速计数卡建立了QXAFS快速扫描系统。该系统简化了原有控制系统的结构,能快速直接的读取单色器端的能量值,解决了采集过程中单色器端数据与电离室ADC端数据间的同步获取问题,成功实现了快速XAFS谱采集。改进后的系统最大限度的使用了实验站现有的硬件设备,并可在普通XAFS实验方法和QXAFS实验方法间随意转换。
Shanghai Synchrotron radiation source BL14W1 XAFS line station using IK220 high-speed counting card established QXAFS rapid scanning system. The system simplifies the structure of the original control system, quickly and directly reads the energy value of the monochromator, solves the problem of acquiring the data between the monochromator data and the data of the ADC in the ionization chamber during the acquisition process, and successfully implements the fast XAFS spectral acquisition. The improved system to maximize the use of the existing experimental station hardware and equipment, and in the normal XAFS experimental methods and QXAFS experimental methods free conversion.
