用正交设计三因素和三水平试验方法,研究了不同浓度的农药(A)、不同次数的人工扫除蜜露(B)和不同时期引放蚂蚁(C),对紫胶霉病进行林间综合防治试验。三因素在紫胶霉病的综合防治效果中重要性顺序为C>B>A,F值查明C有极显著差异,A、B差异不显著;种胶产量与质量的最优配方为苯酚1:800、人工扫除蜜露4次、紫胶3龄幼虫或成虫初期引放蚂蚁。最优配方的优等种胶率比对照的高一倍,每亩可增产种胶105.6kg。
