伴随着经济全球化的深入,中国与周边国家的联系也越来越密切,越南便是其中极其重要的贸易合作伙伴之一。不仅包括联想与海尔这样的内陆企业,还是像台湾的宏碁等港台企业,这些大型的跨国集团纷纷在越南建厂,投资生产。而与之同时的是,越南的许多民营企业也开始将产业布局伸向了中国内地,例如广东和广西一带就有很多的企业与越南的公司贸易往来越来越频繁。在经济大融合的今天,这种两国企业之间的直接对话显然对促进两国经济发展都大有裨益。然而由于语言与文化背景方面的交流障碍,这些跨国企业在对外籍员工的管理上不可避免的会遇到一些棘手的问题。所以对不同文化背景下的新生代员工工作价值观的研究就显得非常具有现实意义与迫切需要。
With the deepening of economic globalization, China has become increasingly close to its neighboring countries and Vietnam is one of the most important trade partners. Not only include such inland enterprises as Lenovo and Haier, but also Hong Kong and Taiwan enterprises like Taiwan’s Acer. These large multinational corporations have all set up factories in Vietnam to invest and produce. At the same time, many private enterprises in Vietnam have also begun to extend their industrial layout to mainland China. For example, many enterprises in Vietnam and Guangxi have had more and more frequent trade with Vietnamese companies. At a time of economic integration, it is clear that such direct dialogues between the two countries’ enterprises will greatly help promote the economic development of both countries. However, due to the barriers of communication between language and cultural backgrounds, these multinational corporations will inevitably encounter some difficult problems in the management of foreign staff. Therefore, the study on the working values of the new generation of employees in different cultural backgrounds is of great practical and urgent need.
