企业工作的目标标准和方法标准,是企业生产、经营、管理工作的基础。在企业中推行“工作标准化”,就是将企业生产、经营、管理工作根据调查研究,找出规律性,在制订目标的同时,制订出达到目标、实现目标的方法,并规定成条文规范,供全体人员遵守。1980年初以来,我们运用这个基本方法,建立了一套由预测、制订、实施、控制、奖惩、保证三个方面组成的经济核算体系。简明图示如下:
