在员工成为企业竞争成败决定性因素的背景之下,如何进行有效的心理资本开发,让员工幸福感随之提升,从而充分激发员工工作积极性以及工作潜能,为企业的发展注入更多的正能量,这成为了企业经营管理的重中之重。本文在对于心理资本、幸福感等概念以及二者之间关系进行全面阐述分析的基础上,详细的梳理分析了目前企业员工幸福感提升方面存在的具体问题,然后围绕这些问题,从心理资本的视角出发,探讨了企业提升员工幸福感的具体策略,以期为企业获取、提升心理资本,进而推动企业更好的发展带来有益思考。
