目的:建立HPLC法测定盐酸塞利洛尔胶囊的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调节pH至3.0)(35:65),检测波长为254nm,流速为1ml·min~(-1),柱温35℃。结果:盐酸塞利洛尔在0.20~2.05μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=8),平均回收率为99.7%(n=9,RSD=0.23%)。结论:该方法简单快速、结果准确可靠,可用于盐酸塞利洛尔胶囊的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of celiprolol hydrochloride capsules. METHODS: Kromasil C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% sodium heptanesulfonate solution (adjusted to pH 3.0 with glacial acetic acid) (35:65) 254nm, the flow rate was 1ml · min ~ (-1) and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of celiprolol hydrochloride and the peak area in the range of 0.20-2.05 μg (r = 0.999 9, n = 8). The average recovery was 99.7% (n = 9, RSD = 0.23%). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, the results are accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of celiprolol hydrochloride capsules.
