职工心态是在一定的思想和心理支配下,职工对某一对象(人、事、物等)的共同的心理状态与一致的行为倾向。研究并掌握职工心态,有利于把握职工整体的愿望、情感、价值观念、心理承受能力。把握职工思想、情绪、态度的发展趋势,是各级领导制定政策的重要依据,是有效开展思想政治工作的重要前提。职工思想政治工作研究会要发挥参谋、服务功能,必须把研究并掌握职工心态作为一项重要的经常的工作。心态是一种内在的心理倾向。职工心态,由职工对某一对象的评价、情感体验与意向三个因素组成,它是职工社会经验长期积累凝聚
