建立了一种同时检测纺织品中8种有机氮农药和6种苯氧羧酸类农药残留的快速溶剂萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱方法。采用加速溶剂萃取仪进行提取,优化了萃取溶剂和萃取温度,采用液相色谱-串联质谱的多反应监测模式进行分析。结果表明,该方法的平均回收率为80.7%~102.1%,相对标准偏差小于15%,检出限为0.5~9.1μg/kg,测定低限为1.7~30.3μg/kg。本方法快速,简便,准确度高,重现性好,适用于纺织品中14种农药残留的同时检测。
A rapid solvent extraction-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of organic nitrogen pesticides and 6 kinds of phenoxycarboxylic acid pesticides residues in textiles. An accelerated solvent extractor was used for extraction, the extraction solvent and extraction temperature were optimized, and the multi-reaction monitoring mode of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used for analysis. The results showed that the average recovery of this method was 80.7% ~ 102.1%, the relative standard deviation was less than 15%, the detection limit was 0.5 ~ 9.1μg / kg and the lower limit of determination was 1.7 ~ 30.3μg / kg. The method is rapid, simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the simultaneous detection of 14 pesticide residues in textiles.
