通过对我国公共部门人力资源培训相关概念的论述,本文强调我国公共部门人力资源培训体系的构建是我国经济社会发展对高素质的政府人员的培养提出的必然要求。在此基础上,着重分析了构建我国公共部门人力资源培训体系的重要因素,尝试为构建完善的公共部门人力资源培训体系提供可行的路径选择。
Through the discussion of the related concepts of human resources training in public sector in our country, this paper emphasizes that the construction of human resources training system in public sector in our country is the inevitable requirement for the cultivation of high-quality government personnel in China’s economic and social development. On this basis, the article analyzes emphatically the important factors of constructing human resources training system in public sector of our country, and tries to provide a feasible path for constructing a perfect training system of human resources in public sector.
